M.A.R.C. Academy of Professional Bail Agents is a Missouri State Certified Training
Center that offers professional instruction for new licensees and Continuing Education Courses designed to enhance the agents'
effectiveness and safety.
Our instructors are State Certified and adhere to rigorous standards of excellence and professionalism. With years of
combined expereince in a wide varitey of law enforcement, investigations, and bail industry fields, our instructors are dedicated
to helping you meet state continuing education requriements while providing you with real, hands-on training that is applicable
and relevant to professional practices.
Course Descriptions
Bail Agent/Fugitive Recovery Agent Inital Basic Training is a State Certified required basic
training course for new Agent Candidates. The course focuses on state, federal, and constitutional laws governing the industry,
and students will gain "real" understanding of the profession, practical skills and knowlege necessary to pass the state certifying
exmination. An optional 128 page manual is available and is a valuable resource tool.
Fugitive Recovery is an intermediate level course for those who desire to hone their skills, review current
law, and learn time saving skills to affect the recovery. An intense course and recommended for those who intend to engage
routinely in recovery operations. State Approved for 8 CE Hours
C.Q.C./Defensive Tactics/Tacitica Entry an intermediate level course that focuses on agent safety, use
of force laws, psychological agression factors, combat tactics and forced entry operations. A demanding course that is State
Approved for 8 CE Hours.
 Rigorous standards of excellence are required from each student with the intent of laying a sound foundation of knowledge,
skills, and professioinalism for further agent developement.
